h2o architectes won the competition for the transformation of an office building into housing with a raising of its height in Montreuil for Immobilière 3F.
Former headquarters of the company Literie Universelle, the building forms the corner of Garibaldi and Marceau streets. From a modest size, it still appears as a colourful and bright beacon in the heterogeneous environment of the neighbourhood.
